Professional profile terms

These terms describe the baseline rules for professionals using Work Being MyProfile during the private beta and subsequent self-service rollout.

Profile ownership and accuracy

You are responsible for information you submit about your professional background, services, experience and availability. Draft changes remain private until you explicitly publish them.

Verification

Self-attested information and Work Being verified credentials are separate signals. A paid subscription cannot buy verification or alter the outcome of a verification review.

Evaluations

Evaluation evidence is collected through Work Being Evaluation under its own integrity and consent rules. Retrospective evaluations are permanently capped at ten per professional. Further evaluations are prospective and subject to the applicable plan.

Use of the platform

Profiles must not be misleading, impersonate another person, misuse confidential information or use the service to evade professional, legal or ethical obligations.

Changes

If these terms materially change, Work Being will version the terms and require renewed acceptance before continued self-service professional use.
